I graduated with an English degree and then started my career in IT in a MNC since 2014. I have been in IT support (Service Desk, onsite support and system admin) for quite a few years, with solid experience in Microsoft Windows and Cisco network environment. I have touched/gained certificates in various fields, like Windows OS and server, MacOS and Jamf, network, G Suite, Okta, O365, Intune, Citrix, etc. and also have much experience in handling various vendors, those of hardware, software, ISP, etc.
Outside work, I am also interested in various technologies. I have learnt Linux and web development by self-study. Reading books, watching online videos and then setting up environment to build something myself are always of much fun to me. All these things might not do much direct help to my daily work but they have made who I am and where I am now. They have brought much joy and feel of achievement, so I guess I will keep them with me moving forward.
